I got some shots of the Delgado Bros at the Jazz and Blues festival. They are an old school band of brothers from El Monte California. The played a great set and had everyone just enjoying the music on a hot summer night.

Established in 1993

I began taking taking pictures in 1990 of my friends with a cheap 35mm point and shoot camera my mom gave me. In 1993 I began to discover the art of taking photos using light, composition and positioning of the model. I have tried all sorts of photography, but I have always felt the most comfortable when I'm outdoors shooting people I find interesting. I also love shooting live music concerts too. I don't do anything new, I just try to document what I see the best I can. Trust me I screw up alot and miss many moments. After 17 years I still love doing this and working in the underground which means under freeways, in alleyways, projects and low light venues. Hopefully you check them out.

Where ever I may roam....

My last show of the year. A collection of images of people sleeping on the streets and thrown out mattresses. This was a great project to work on and I hope people like it. My goal was to get people involved and to think of how lucky we are to have a roof over or heads and help those in need. The Chop Shop September 2010.

I was hanging out at the Valencia Jazz and Blues concert and saw a great blues band. The frontman is Nelson Addelard and he was kickin out some great blues. I caught a few snapshots for my live music archive.

Shot some live music at the New L.A. Folk festival. In the heart of Lincoln Heights there is an 20's style home that is open to music/ musicians and artist. It was great to listen to some good 'ol folk music.
